I’m a terrible shopper. Awful. Well, maybe from my side. From the store’s perspective, I am awesome. I never have a plan, I have no self control. I buy it all. I need it all. Even though I love lists, I never have any written out recently and it’s decently hitting the wallet in it’s tiny testicles.
Today, I decided I am going to make a meal plan for one week. I know I can’t plan further in advance because I am absolutely scatter brained and one weeks worth of planning took up WAY too much of my day, since it’s taken me hours to write my list.

Spicy Stir-fried Cabbage with Salmon
Baked Eggplant Rolls with Ricotta
Beef Stew served over Mashed Potatoes
Pretzel Fried Chicken with Mashed Butternut Squash
Pepperoni Stuffed Chicken with Pasta
Pan Roasted Chicken with Lemon Garlic Green Beans and Potatoes
Garlic Chicken with Brown Rice
In addition, I will be trying out one new dessert, Baked Apple Pie Egg Rolls and a snack, a natural fruit snack.
